Main title
UNFCK THE WORLD is a JOYN orignal German documentary TV series directed by Finbarr Wilbrink and produced by INDI FILM, Sonia Otto & Arek Gielnik.
The serie follows Waldemar Zeiler and Philip Siefer who wanted to rent the Olympic Stadium in Berlin for the non-profit event #12062020Olympia on June 12, 2020, to sign petitions for environmental protection, social justice and equality with 90,000 people and submit them together to the Bundestag to UNFUCK the world.
The main title sequence of Unfck the world tells the story of the two protagonists manifesting their wish to change the world by being activists in Berlin.
The work done on this project was to create a unique title design representing the documentary serie universe. The material used were footage from the first episode as well as mixed mediums by using torn paper textures and working as a patchwork between footages, textures and typography.

Lower thirds
For this documentary series, many speakers appear on the screen. It is therefore important to differentiate them all by introducing their name and profession typographically.
The show needed its own and unique kinetic type animation.
By using lower thirds, each and every person interacting in UNFCK THE WORLD, have their name animated while speaking.
The type animation follows the same visual language, art direction and concept from the title sequence.
